Camp Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in a Marigold Moon Collective summer camp (“Camp”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that camp activities may include, but are not limited to, outdoor recreation, hiking, creative workshops, group activities, movement practices, and communal living arrangements. I recognize that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, emotional discomfort, or unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

I affirm that I am physically and emotionally able to participate in camp activities and will take responsibility for listening to my body, setting personal boundaries, and communicating my needs to camp staff as necessary. I understand that I am responsible for my own health, personal belongings, and well-being during the camp.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Marigold Moon Collective, its founders, organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Camp, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Marigold Moon Collective to contact my emergency contract stated on my registration form, and I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

I understand that Marigold Moon Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

I agree to abide by the Camp’s code of conduct, respect the boundaries and safety of others, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

By completing my registration and signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
